- Report to the head of TA to understand the needs of internal stakeholders and its hiring profiles to enable effective external sourcing and matching
- Take ownership of the end to end recruitment delivery process from attraction, engaging, offer negotiation, reference checking, background verification gathering, supporting evidence verification, proof checking, conducting HR round interview for final candidate
- Prepare management reports and headcount reports to ensure the organization structure are able to meet the company objectives
- Be the lead for headcount reports, organization charts and keep abreast with employment legislation
- Support to design and deliver innovative talent sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth and needs

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in FMCG, Retail fields.
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
Well-organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
Self-motivated and able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment
