Job description

  • Execute regional C&B processes to support and align with the business's needs and the global C&B strategy

  • Support the implementation of C&B policies & procedures with the region

  • Prepare budget forecast and staff cost analysis

  • Analyze complex data, provides performance and compensation & benefits analyses and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making

  • Provide an on-going support to the regional HR and the business on the various aspects of compensation & benefits

  • Maintain an on-going contact with external compensation and benefits vendors (compensation surveys, benefits surveys, etc.)

  • Manage the compensation and benefits of the Regional office

Desired profile

Bachelor Degree, preferably in HR / Economics / Business Administration or the equivalent
At least 3 years C&B experiences in multinational organization
Must have advance knowledge in Excel functions
Strong analytical mind set and have ability to analyses complex data
Proactive, detail oriented and well organized
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Excellent English and communication skills
